We bought an Ipod Nano for our son last Christmas. We bought the 3 year SquareTrade warrant with ADH (accidental damage and handling). This summer, our son was washing his clothes when we were out of town. His Ipod went through the wash in the pocket of his pants and was ruined. SquareTrade processed the claim quickly, even providing a prepaid mailing label to send the item to them. In less than a week, we received compensation in full for the damaged Ipod. Since we chose payment in the form of an Amazon gift card, SquareTrade added a bonus 5% to the card. Thanks SquareTrade!

Have not had chance to use this warranty, but SquareTrade has a great reputation so I went with it. Easy purchase and someone called me right after registering my item to see if I had any questions on warranty, and how to go about filing a claim when and if needed. Honestly, hoping I never have to use it, but peace of mind just in case!

I have purchased warranties through Square Trade before, but never had to use the warranty until now. I didn't know what to expect. It was so easy to use I still can't believe it. The correspondence was super fast and helpful. My electronic item was out of warranty with the manufacturer and Square Trade took care of it, no problem at all! I was able to replace my electronic item AND got a 5% bonus for choosing the Amazon Gift Card option - what a nice surprise that was! My new item will also be covered by Square Trade and so will all the rest of my purchases from now on!!

I ordered this warranty from Amazona fter getting an Ipod from them, as well. I had a little trouble figuring out how to find my information when I went online, but I think that was just me. I had to fax in my receipt, and they called my home to say it was received, so that was nice. It doesn't seem like it wil be hard to file a claim if needed.

Cant beat the price of these warranty's, Havent had to use one yet but I have 3 on other products already, super cheap compared to Best buy or other electronic store warranty's. Plus they have the accidental warranty on some products as well. Cant beat that!
